Katherine was born in Montgomery, Alabama. She attended middle school and high school in Columbus, Georgia and graduated from Northside High School in 2007. She later attended Auburn University and graduated in May 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Administration. She was active in her community and participated in events held by the Women's Philanthropy Board at Auburn and also was active in various community service projects around the area. She currently works at Chick-fil-a in Columbus, GA as a Training Director and also works as a professional model serving clients in New York, Miami and Atlanta.
In 2013 Katherine hit the media spotlight as the girlfriend of University of Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron. She has since been chosen to host Inside Edition's coverage of the Superbowl and will appear on the reality tv show "Celebrity Diving."
